PRICING

The rates for jobs performed vary by category -

Business rate

Each site visit is an individual project.
Pricing and rates are negotiable, but range from $75.00-$150.00 per hour
depending on work performed.

Proposals, Statements of Work, or Quotes can be created per project; or just a task list with deliverables if that is what you need.

Home rate

On Site- Depending on issue and diagnosis via phone I will give you an estimate of how much the repair will cost. On site service is subject to a $40.00 trip charge, depending on location, and will have an hourly rate based upon services needed. Most likely range is $65.00 per hour.

Remote- There is a remote support option to assist you with a problematic PC as long as it has internet connectivity. A basic diagnosis over the phone will assist me in determining the amount of time that it will take to fix the problem. Usually this type of call is for spyware / malware removal whereas I can remotely assist you in running free tools to rid your PC of problems.
